We are primarily a PC company and we have done several pc recoveries for customers failing drives and the like, as well as memory card recoveries. We are looking to see if we cant move into cell phone and other services as well my, big question is we can recover data from sim cards and sd (micro/mini) cards thats easy but what about a phone that doesnt have either, this is where we have problems. We took an old sprint phone for testing it is a Samsung SPH-A680 took some pictures then deleted them, none of the usual recover attempts are working mostly because the PC doesnt see the phone as a storage device like we are used to. We have installed the usb drivers (still shows upo as an unrecognized device) we have also tried bitpim but still nothing.
My ultimate question is for this type of phone what would be the best program to use since most of our customers are leaning toward picture, video, and music recovery, any help would be greatly appreciated.
