Thanks for adding me. I'm new to game.

Here in Oregon we started a group called "Jackson County Scanner - Oregon" We have just over 55,000 members.

I was asked to become a part of a private group that a very good friend of mine started. Which is

https://www.thiefhunterlabs.com/?fbclid=IwAR0wUgOWwFGGQptgNFOBR5ekgajP1KSJpBqLQAeIbb2y5aaCswRpHdYr3RU

They asked me to join because I was taking the pictures that they would post up into the scanner group and clean them up better than what they where able too.

We also have public people post up videos into the group because they got their car broken into or they caught someone stealing something from there home.

Most everyone in the private group works loss prevention. Which I'm waiting on a job offer right now.

We have been able to catch a lot of people by sharing the perps pictures in the group.

But here is the problem. Some of these pictures i know could be cleaned up better. I do this to help the town out. I dont have a bunch of money for some of these software programs.

I'm looking to see if I might have missed some.

So far , I use Adobe photo shop cs 6 (which I'm not great at ) , Blurity , Video Cleaner and focus magic.

I know Amped 5 is out there but I'm no longer in the military or LE.

So any help on what I might have missed would be very helpful.

Thanks

A little (free) tool for image deblurring (very good at motion deblurring)

"niche use" but when it works it is useful.
