Thanks in advance
UFED, XRY?

Well Juniper I doubt there will be any free tools. UFED and XRY will sure do it else you will need nokia flasher such as ATF read PM and/or Flash and try manual decoding. Another software that can help for decoding is Sanderson PMexplorer (if you can find it on Internet).

Also note that there are two models which carry the name 105 the 2013 version uses Series 30 (Infineon); the 2015 (Microsoft) version is based on Series 30+ (MediaTek).
Thanks guys,
Appreciate your help.
Looking into UFED as an option…
Thanks
Neither XRY or UFED support extracting a physical read of this handset (105 v2013). AFT is the quickest and simplest device for extracting the memory from this handset (around 3 mins). Then you should look to open the resultant binary file in UFED, XRY etc…
I've not attempted the new 105 v2015 yet but being MTK should be fairly straight forward.
Examination depends upon the model
RM-908 Nokia 105
RM-1133 Nokia 105 Dual sim
RM-1134 Nokia 105 Single sim
Nokia RM-908 can be downloaded with a Service Cable. FoneFunShop should be able to supply.
The 1133 / 1134 service cable should be available Next week.

Came back to this after a while - not getting a much out of ATF with this - does anyone have a step by step guide to getting the SMS and contact info on this phone using ATF - Maybe I'm doing something wrong using the ATF Software.
Thanks in advance
not used it with atf, but this is procedure we tested on infinity best dongle
Method
Connect cable to usb port on pc and phone, power on phone
Phone is detected
Press read flash
Phone reboots into usb rom mode
Drivers installed
Flash read ok
Use UFED physical analyzer to decipher the dumped .bin file
RM-1133 and RM-1134 was not listed as a supported model on EFED, but if you treat it as a nokia 108 it will work
