I don't know if the PM stores historical informations about the inserted SIM cards.

i'm really curious about that.

do you have any tool to suggest that helps dissecting and decoding nokia PM?

even any document discussing informations about the PM structure is welcome, like, where to find certain data.

for some phones, if i'm not wrong, contacts, call logs and SMS are stored in PM also?

Have you tried dumping the flash with the ATF box?

unfortunately i didn't have much luck with ATF box when it came to read the internal flash of bb5 phones.

i think there might be something wrong in the loader or whatever they use for dumping the nand, because it appears to be incomplete/trimmed or some parts are missing somewhere.

i managed to extract some data, i could reconstruct one fat32 partition and recover SMS, both stored and deleted, call log and device information, including historical sim data.

yet i couldn't extract contact informations, i think they are on the other partition i couldn't manage to recover.

btw, my test was made only on a specific device model, so maybe it's something that only affects such device.
