Can you not do a PM dump and look in table 308 - 5?

The UFED Physical extraction for the above models is not a PM dump, but a bit for bit extraction of the flash memory chip on the phone.
Yes, decoding for all the above models with physical extraction (including the N8) is available and will be in the next UFED PA release.
