Did you try with Oxygen Forensic Detective? It seems to support that model.

Have you tried with "client" method. UFED Logical supports SMS extraction by loading the client.

When you connect and extract via UFED 4 PC ( i am using UFED Touch) you are given different options, including logical or physical.

After selecting logical you are then instructed to install the client via UFED, onto the phone. You have to make sure the correct settings are on phone -just follow the instruction on the screen. Once the client is installed then the extraction will complete and you can verify that you have the sms messages.

You have to ensure the correct settings in order for the client to be uploaded, and this likely requires you to allow this to happen o the handset.

If you have any challenges contact Cellebrite Support.
