Not Detecting unofficial apps

Can somebody please give there opinion on the following

I took my iphone to a someone claiming to be a forensic examiner

in his report were the following apple apps that cannot be found on google , and he tells me there is no issue

Is he incompetent , should i ask for my money back ?

group.com.apple.stocks
group.com.apple.weather

other apps that cannot also be found on google

group.com.facebook.Facebook
group.com.google.chrome
group.com.google.GoogleMobile
Skype(v5.12.0.320-records).ipa
Outlook 1.2.5.ipa no hits google
Messenger(v26.0-records).ipa
Messenger 29.1.ipa
Facebook(v29.0-records).ipa

Any Thoughts and comments would be appreciated

From the apps listed, I am guessing that your iPhone has at least iOS 8 installed on it. The apps listed seem to be the rough output that many cellphone forensic software suites has for installed applications. The first two are included apps with iOS 8 - Stocks and Weather. The rest seem to be add-ons like two versionsof Facebook for iOS, Google Chrome browser for iOS, Google mobile apps for iOS, Skype for iOS, Outlook for iOS, and two different versions of Facbook Messenger for iOS.

That said, the examiner should be able to explain this to you. It's pretty basic. If you feel otherwise it might be time for another examiner or another voice at his firm that can handle your case.

An examiner should be able to fully explain any report delivered to a client as it may be used in court.
