I got my hand on Passware and there are two of the 7 accounts that are password protected. Unable to crack it as of yet.

I haven't had to crack or check passwords since around 1998. I know the tools, because I've referenced them in my books, but I certainly don't know what the above hash is "known to be a[sic] empty password".
