If I am not mistaken, UFED instructions specifically mention to ignore the errors that you see on the phone display during this type of extraction.
As stated, the extracted data is NOT stored on the SD card and the SD card is not used as a temporary storage.

Hey guys…
I had this exact issue on a LG phone I was working on. Couldn't get a physical for the life of me with UFED 4 PC, just kept getting those errors… I had a 64gb micro SD card in there, but not a Sandisk specifically, as I didn't have one at the time.
I took the non Sandisk out and put in a 4gb Sandisk that I did have… It processed farther than before, but eventually calfed out. So I bit the bullet and tried a 64gb Sandisk a coworker had in his dash cam at work.
Voila. Had a full physical within an hour… Go figure. Must be an exploit in the firmware of the microSD that UFED is using?
Either way, it worked.

There is no need to use a microSD card in some cases.
I'm aware of that.
I posted a solution that I had with the exact problem the OP had on his device, in hopes that perhaps my experience could aid him in getting into his phone.
