opinion about write blocker

I have got an adaptor Kama connct 2 (http//www.quietpc.com/gb-en-gbp/products/components/kama-connect2)
It is not a forensic tool. I want to connect it to a Wiebetch USB
Do you think it's a good idea?

Why not just get a Forensic UltraDock or (shameless plug) check out the classifieds for some of the used write blockers that are being offered for sale (side note the UltraDock is not much more expensive and is proven technology)?

From a practical point of view it is hard to know what commands the Karma is passing or translating, so I think daisy chaining devices as you propose is really a crap shoot. Of course you could always buy the USB write blocker and perform some comparison tests on throughput and what commands are passed between the devices to enrich the knowledge of the community.
