So, I have this case to work on. The phone is not working anymore and we need to extract the data. Unfortunately, userdata partition is encrypted and from here I don't know where to go and would really appreciate some help.

Brand = OPPO
Manufacturer = OPPO
Model = CPH1609
Phone platform = mt6750
CPU Abi = arm64-v8a
Mediatek platform = MT6755
Android release = 6.0
Firmware version = CPH1609EX_11_A.21_180205

Mount [persist] successfully PartType LINUX
Mount [nvdata] successfully PartType LINUX
Mount [protect_f] successfully PartType LINUX
Mount [protect_s] successfully PartType LINUX
Mount [system] successfully PartType LINUX
Mount [cache] successfully PartType LINUX
Mount [data] SKIPPED PartType Full Disk Encryption

I know it's not an easy process but I also know it's not impossible. Thanks in advance and have a great day.

Not sure if this one has software or hardware backed encryption - have you tried 'default_password' as the FDE password?
