Interesting events brewing in the background regarding the original iPhone and the latest version of Apple’s [AAPL] iPhone OS 4.0.

"……..they will no longer be able to use third party software to developer their applications, like Adobes iPhone Compiler software, but will instead have to write their applications in Objective-C, C, C++, or JavaScript as executed by the iPhone OS WebKit engine, and only code written in C, C++, and Objective-C may compile and directly link against the Documented APIs."
