Something that can be IMNSHO translated as any among
1) you are not holding a current license for our software, buzz off
2) we do not keep records of what we do
3) we do keep records of what we do, but the dog ate our backup
4) we do keep records of what we do, but we have a retention policy of 10 years

There is also a
5) we don't know (just like you don't) that the Wayback Machine exists
and a
6) we know that Wayback Machine exist but we are too d@mn lazy to look it up for this info.
