Hello,
Thanks for the tips! What I did is in fact asked them to change my e-mail address to my other one and… it worked! I have to transfer app PIDs and do some dongle tricks by it worked and that's the most important.
Anyway it's strange that an IT-advanced company cannot find the suitable solution themselves 😉

All's well that ends well ) .
But yes, that's the point I as trying to make jokingly, often companies - even very respectable ones - rely on a web infrastructure that is either inadequate or managed by (let's call them as) not motivated or knowledgeable enough individuals, that again often - additionally - lack the right attitude when it comes to manage an issue/problem with a customer.
