Hello everybody.
A new product for forensic investigations is out… P2 Commander v.1.0
It will help you to examine data storages of different types (emails, disk images, chats, etc.) easily. It will do not only parsing but also data sorting, searching, acquiring and much more…

If I understand correctly, P2 Commander is an interface that allows you to integrate and run all of Paraben's individual programs. The idea was to create a suite comparable to EnCase or FTK.

No. P2 Commander v1.0 is a new separate tool. It does not integrate all other products. It has its own functionality. It allows you to open and examine different e-mail databases (like Paraben's NEMX did) and also chat databases, disk images etc.
Its functionality partly covers the functionality of EnCase and FTK.

The lack of compressed NTFS support in such a recent product is a bit of a worry.
