Anyone know of any software that works for this?
These are files like
SMS_Msg_Database.PDB
Bookmarks.pdb
etc. that are on a PC.
I've looked into the Palm Desktop software and do not see a way to open these databases.

Well I'm spent, I've found nothing. No one has any ideas? I guess maybe that would be a good script to write.
Two tools come to mind ABC Amber Palm Converter and PDB Converter. Try converting the files into another format so you can see what's in them. I have used both tools before, but that was quite a few months ago. From what I remember, they seemed to work pretty good. If anything, it at least gives you a starting point.
Thanks dcc. ABC Amber Palm works. It doesn't parse the data so much, it just outputs it to pdf, html, etc. which is nice. Better then manually carving stuff out of the pdb's since I'm working with a lot of them.
