Very good point I like. The question is open for centuries if a Yes related to time ever before started or finally ends and becames a No. Yes or No are decisions related to a point in time.
Mathematically a binary only decision is missing semi-forms of both states. Go for quantumcryptography and you solve it.
I appreciate your sharp mind.
Rolf,
Please forgive me for being late to the party, but I was wondering how your attempt at obtaining information fared within the countless law enforcement only groups I'm sure you are a member of? Were they that absent of information to cause you to resort to unvetted sources?
If nothing else I hope some would be criminals have taken notes??????????????????
Late to the party is fine -)
I do not lack collaboration internally. On the first unsharp view it seems too risky to pose a question like this. But dont stop thinking here. Its worth thinking about the PDC in collaboration of eFriends.
Simply because this is the now and future of Global Collaboration for LEOs (and my boss does not give me the money for a 1 month trip to visit new LEOs in China and build friendships).
The lack of global (has to be global because of many, many aspects) collaboration limits the success of LEOs.
Too risky is a barrier in your mind. You fall into the trap of thinking about one thing enables you to commit it. It is not.
The foreseeable next step will be that everybody on FF will post here that they are not my eFriends. Wasting time with stupid comments is also a form of missing to think about the important.
After ICF a next question is If in reality ICF gets revealed what treshold-event would reverse the ICF? Under normal conditions false registered never gets changed except someone or some institution wants an adavantage of or wants to reduce a disadvantage.
So once you are false in relax. Nobody will take notice.
Of the 9/11 event all learned that they failed in 'connecting the dots'. Who's responsability or task is it to search for 'suspicious dots' ahead of any crime. Not the Police as reactive player.
All Police work needs an indicator by data, info or self-detection. With not enough human resources Police will fail more and more. LEOs get blamed more and more.

I would say that - talking of 9/11, we have a whole lot of three or more letters agencies that failed at it, NSA/CIA/FBI to name the first ones that come to mind.
While FBI agents can be "classified" as LEO's, I have some difficulty in putting the people in the other "intelligence" agencies under the same typology. ?

Intelligence gathering doesn't need a cause. But from Snowden we learned, that you also get blamed for trying to connect the dots. As a LEO, be happy to be blamed only for the second half time, get used to be blamed, and have fun to watch interesting times.

I thought that the issues revolved more around the actual way the dots were procured. ?

Lets elaborate more if Initial Criminal False-in is possible in the future? Biometrics should be able to block, but what about historical analog processes being transformed into digital without recertification?
Ticketing of public transport gets digitalized and has individually long time history of personal credentials. A greyzone were bad hardcopies of ID cards
How works the EU ID card renewal process?
