Good Day Everyone,
Am in a fix with an investigation captured on CCTV on JPEG format with Videos and pictures which is barely visible for recognition on a laptop, am in dare need of any online software that can help enhance visibility for recognition of these criminals.

The tool that is probably best at automagically fixing bad CCTV images is probably ClearID. But if the input is truly horrible it will take quite a bit of work to even get to recognizable let alone "picture perfect".

Of course someone with experience will get better results that someone with no graphics/video experience.
