Which parameters (except Latit., Long.) can identify the location exactly?
I have transfered it into coordinates for google maps and look there, but the location doesn't show exactly.
I can see city and district, but there are some troubles with address.
Here you can see a screenshot of all GPS parameters.

Although you munged the minutes the coordinates you show will give you a pinpoint location. Coordinates are more precise than an address, they will show you the exact spot at an address where the reading was taken.

First time I heard the word "munged" was last week on a podcast…….. 😯

As stated those coordinates are the best you'll get as far as location, but that data is dependent upon some factors that could throw off the results. The mapping datum, refresh rate of the gps/phone and speed of the user (if moving) could skew results. A partial signal loss can also cause the phone/gps to give a more generic coordinate system.

I have not been able to repeat it but once had a phone give the coordinates for the cellular tower it was apparently using at the time. Not sure if that was a coincidence or bug…..

That is a completely different question/problem than what you originally posted.

A quick search on Google seems to indicate the factory HTC Desire ROM led to inaccurate GPS coordinates being given. The fix is using a newer ROM update. Perhaps looking at the ROM version will provide further clues.

In my experience, I have noticed that coordinates in Google maps do not line up properly every time (actually most of the time).

I have used coordinate information to 5 decimals (1.1m precision @ equator), yet put map pin about 50 meters away from the target, visually. That is almost 100 feet away, possibly in an other building . . .

In my opinion, anything that is based on the MAF/TIGER database would be the safest, despite its own shortcomings.
