Some fresh news

End of February, and after 7 and half an hour meeting at our Ministry of Justice, we, 4 Forensic Labs, decide to sue here the high-ranked Greek Police Officer mentioned, and the two policemen, who profited from his illegal activities. We know ALL the names. How this will be implemented, is now clear.

We also propose to our ombudsmen, using EU laws and practices, to indict also one Greek prosecutor from the preliminary investigation. This prosecutor, NOT only profited from the "activity" of the aforementioned high ranking person and all this mess there, but invented evidences, falsified evidences, and promote clearly NOT valid forensic "evidences" like "legal and admissible". How exactly this will be implemented about this special category person- we will discuss in middle March.

It will be quit a achievement, if we successfully implement all this- actually, these persons do not have immunity, and it is quite easy, various legal approaches to be implemented.

We also learn about two other Greek "birds", who do the same thing with other 3 Forensic lab in OTHER EU country. At "friendly base" there, no payment… you know.

Continued to read documents from there ( documents, forensic reports, cases etc.) the pictures is quite… just not have a word to say…. bleak house.

We will fight until the end.

Thanks for all your support - personal letters in other places, forensic support, all kind of other support.

Wolfie, my dear old fired, I'm especially grateful to you for the forensic help from Norway, Denmark and Germany. We, the two of us, know well, why we work this, isn't it Wolfie? like in the beginning - " I'm not afraid of anything- bears excluded" ) . Greatly appreciated all your help!

Fresh news from the front.

Our team learn, that a new Penal Code, and new Penal code of procedures in Greece was voted. The two laws was freshly voted in Parliament and will be implemented from the 1st of July 2019.

For the first time in Mediterranean country, and officially, and by the law [article 265, Penal Code of procedures], the forensic acquisition [ master copy, second copy, with hash verification] is made obligatory form of acquisition of digital evidences on the spot [crime scene]. More, it is now obligatory to present signed "Forensic form of Acquisition", in which all details must be present, and the form-appropriately signed.

This is really a huge progress. And departure from the obscure past of the Greek national cyber-crime unit. And his obscure shenanigans.

Our lawyers are in hope, that all court procedures, which are ongoing, will be terminated, if the presented digital evidences in court are not presented according to the article of the new law. And it is logical, because they will be inadmissible by the new law.

Actually, we learn, that for almost 10 years, the Greek Cyber crime Unit NEVER make acquisition with hashes on the crime scene. Either seal a digital evidence. Yes, this unit had a bad habits in the past- NEVER seal digital evidences- just transport them in an open supermarket or McDonald's bags.

Mid October we will start our legal procedures here. With 4 labs depositions.
We tried, unsuccessfully, to involve the Greek press- no chance. The celebrity lives are more important. And the man is a foreigner.
And the Greek National cyber-crime unit REALLY lost all credibility and national confidence. Nobody cares anymore.

We learn more, about what actually happened-really disturbing things

* The Greek cyber crime unit falsify and manipulate crucial digital forensic evidences. Because they ask for judicial approval based on false, non-existence evidences. But was "shy" to retreat.

* the policeman, who was responsible for the investigation was so,sorry, incompetent, that he was not able even to write coherent review of the case. It is a total mess to read this! The one half of his expose strongly contradicts the rest. No forensic data at all. All is in the tune " We supposed, we think, we imagine that this is possible". Baseless- no evidence at all. In scope to cover this, the pages and the paragraphs of these "reviews" was not numbered, not stamped- at any time, they add or remove paragraphs or pages accordingly to what new data the judicial officials unlawfully divulged back to them.

* the investigation team and the prosecutor saw the falsified evidences at the begging, do nothing. Otherwise, the case must be promoted unlawful, and terminated immediately. In scope to cover all this, the prosecutor HIMSELF, for the second time, falsified crucial evidences-all must be put back on track, ok? And in scope to cover the highly incompetent Greek cyber-crime unit and cover their a**es, the prosecutor's office invent channels to divulge all the investigation's data back to Greek national cyber-crime unit. The unit, "refresh" accordingly their "data" and affidavits, in "real time", rewriting constantly all middle pages, keeping the first and last paragraphs intact.

* those same judicial persons divulge all the defendant's arguments back to the Greek cyber-crime unit in a real time. Plus, the defendant's arguments from his conversations with his lawyer.

* In scope to make the defendant unable to defend himself, they put him in a jail 800 km away form his home town. And constantly give him false prepaid phone cards. These cards, actually, contains zero talking time.

* The Greek judiciary divulged all the investigation's data back to the Greek-cyber crime unit without any cover or shame- WITH THEIR SIGNATURES, NAMES, STAMPS, OFFICIALLY. ALL ON PAPER. Mediterranean habits? traditions? I don't know. But so blatantly- is unique…

* The prosecutor's office ask the man to "confess" based on the second time falsified data (the prosecutor's "achievement"). Sure, the man does not confess, and spit them in the face, calling them "incompetent, stupid owls". They punish him, unlawfully prolonging his incarceration, based on TOTAL FALSE and non-existence evidences. When the man pushed them back to explain the forensic report's planted false evidences, they simply promote the forensic Lab " a genius Lab"- if in the report was written, that, in 2018, "a Greek prosecutor goes on the Moon"- ALL is accepted-the origin of the data is "aristocratically verified to be bona fides state origin, from the nucleus of the state". The defendant is a stupid nothing.

* And they prepared a "fast trial", fast-charged. And two officers, totally unlawfully by the Greek laws, make new "affidavits"- but, the stupid choose stupidly- they choose the officers badly- oh boys, they screwed up everything, ALL THE FORENSIC DATA. Simply because, they do not understand a single word, what they was talking about. Probably, they choose from a traffic police unit…

* How the man was temporarily saved and freed from jail- stay tuned- next time.

I'm not aware of any Innocence Project or equivalents in Greece – there is one in Italy, though. (http//italyinnocenceproject.org/)
They sometimes have press contacts that could be useful. Sometimes it's a bit of peer pressure that is needed, but perhaps I'm overly naive in this respect.

While there are authors who write on incompetent forensic work or management, they tend to stay within a particular jurisdiction – typically US or UK. I can't think of any such books or major articles from a EU or wider European perspective, though, which is probably what is wanted here.

Added or contact https://www.facebook.com/InnocenceEurope/ and ask anout possible points of contacts. There may not be fully established local chapters, but there may be individuals who have an interest.

In a rather flippant response……you could approach Netflix and get them to make a documentary about it 😉

Making a Murderer has been a smash hit and brought significant scrutiny on the shennanigans there……and this could be the sequel…..making a <you know what>.

Perhaps Jaclaz can help Mick find the innocence project. It looks like they both were having a good exchange a while back lol

Jamie it may be time to archive this post or prevent further replies. It's going on and on and on… with no perceived value.

I myself provide very small updates every 2-3-4 months. Not obnoxious to anyone.
Because we fight for a good case. And all good cases needed support, understanding and FIGHT. NOT WORDS. FIGHT.
Pls, do not forget, that if you live comfortable life, other do NOT DO. Reading this is a help, understanding, information.
It is so bad?

Mick,

You asked people in this forum to help you; look at the heading, "Please, help to resolve this."
Some people tried to help you - but then somehow the entire conversation derailed, and morphed into something bizarre.

It's not that you are obnoxious, but there are different personalities in this forum and with that, the dynamics of the conversation became hilarious and weird.

Someone asked you to post your learnings from this situation. Instead of posting periodic updates, wait until all is finished and write an article about your situation. That may be more helpful than periodic updates which nobody seems to expect from you.

Anyway, if there is something I can help with, just send me a PM.

Cheers

Personally in a case such as this I would seriously think to apply to the EU Court for Human Rights
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/European_Court_of_Human_Rights

and then, with the case admitted, try to alert the news channels/press about it, even if the Greek press is not interested some other EU country ones might be.

The case seemingly evolved from being (seemingly) a case of sloppy or sub-standard investigation to being (seemingly) a giant, systemic police and court failure (and cover up) involving false statements and what not.
