Greetings,
You've not given anyone enough information to work with. Printer spool errors are very common and can be caused by a wide variety of issues, from network errors, to running out of paper, to misconfiguration, to ….

Can you all tel me what kind of a information you need ??
even i have checked with event log it didnt say anything
Some background might be useful otherwise this might seem like a bit of a wild goose chase. As David says, these kind of errors are commonplace. Why do you suspect the problem might be "intentional" (whatever that might mean in this case)?
Yeah actualy this user is trying to do wired things with his computer.
therefore i suspect this is a user made scenario to avoid his work.
any idea.

Wired?

You suspect…from what? At the very least, you would need to expand the Status column for the printer dialog.
I know I shouldn't, but I'm enjoying this wink
What more do you have, malinda?
this is what i all have in this picture.
the pic was taken by user and he kept it as a evidence.
therefore i wanted to know whether he did this purposely.
If these evidence are not enough to take decision thats k. thanks guys.i will catch him next time.
