Hello everyone,

(I have also submitted this issue to Cellebrite's support, but I thought I might ask here if anyone has encountered the same issue I am encountering)

When I attempt to install the latest version of Physical Analyzer to my MacBook Pro running Windows 10 Pro via Boot Camp, I get an error message, "Some of the product components were not properly installed. Please reinstall as Admin."

I am definitely logged in as an Administrator to Windows 10 Pro on my MacBook Pro, but perhaps Cellebrite is seeing my Boot Camp version of Windows 10 Pro account as not quite an Administrator account??

Has anyone else successfully installed Cellebrite Physical Analyzer and/or UFED 4PC to a MacBook Pro running Windows 10 Pro under Boot Camp?

Just a thought but a lot of forensic software will also install other needed components such as a certain version of .net framework.  I've seen that if I already have one of the needed components I will get a certain message but the install continues and works fine.  What happens after you get that message?

Do you have anti-virus software running on your devices? AVs can interfere with some forensic software.

I do not know if you have been successful installing PA on Windows boot camped in Mac before, but if by chance it (PA) sees is it a some kind of remote desktop, it might not install.  Just a thought.  I have never installed PA on a boot camped version of Windows.
