Hello all,
I have a problem with a Blackberry I need to examine. The battery is fully charged and when it is placed into the device, the flash goes on & is illuminated steadily (not flashing). Seeing that shows that the battery is giving power to the phone. Unfortunately though, the phone will not power up.
I have done a few searches and have only come across suggestions to nuke the phone by reinstalling the OS and start from scratch. Obviously, not the way I want to go -)
I am wondering if anyone else has run into this problem and found a way to correct it.
Thanks,
Joe
The only time I had that problem it turned out to be a bad cable.
I hope that solution would work for you too.
Thanks for the reply. It actually has nothing to do with the cable. It is a fully charged battery and only the light for the flash goes on and nothing else happens.
Electrical problem me thinks.
Joe
