Is there a free program out there that I can use to see what files I have deleted on a NTFS partition by looking at the MFT?

I was kind of hoping for something more user friendly. I guess I could try that if there aren't any other options though. Thanks!

You should take a look a "Recover My Files" at http//www.recovermyfiles.com/ This program SHOWS you for free… Recover My Files data recovery software will easily recover deleted files emptied from the Windows Recycle Bin, or lost due to the format or corruption of a hard drive, virus or Trojan infection, unexpected system shutdown or software failure.

You can als try Pandora File Recovery at http//www.pandorarecovery.com/ This program is free for personal use.

Audio,

If you are using Linux check out ntfsundelete from the ntfsprogs package. It is a command line tool. If you are using Linux and prefer a point-and-click environment, check out Delve on my FBCD as there is a gui for undeleting files from the NTFS file system.

hope this helps!
