Hey,

PDF export is possible with latest version of ProofFinder 4.2.5.

If you want email attachments to be exported as PDF you will need select the attachment as well for export. I will suggest following workflow.

1. From the result set you have selected, you will need to make sure attachment/family is included, for which you can right click and Show All Families.

2. Now you will get a new workbench with item & its families just select them and export to PDF using the recreate directory structure of original data.

This will create a PDF for email and folder of the PDF's of the attachment.

Intella PI is the same kind of licence as Proof Finder, one year, locked to a single PC for $99.

Does pretty much what normal Intella does.
