EPPB professional version could see the backups in iCloud…but you will need LawEnforcement vesion to download those backups.
You could take a look at my blog. Maybe you could not recognize Chinese characters but you could take a look at some screenshots.

Technically, the Professional edition will download iCloud backups just as well as the Forensic edition. However, the Forensic edition is required if there is two-factor authentication enabled on the user's Apple account, or if one needs/wants to use binary authentication tokens instead of Apple ID and password. iCloud Drive data can be only downloaded with the Forensic edition, too. Thank you! It seems the Professional Edition is adequate for most situations. Although, I seem to recall two-factor security being a default (required?) since Celebgate.
After speaking with Reincubate, I was told
The regular price for additional iCloud backups is
1 for $21.95 a year
5 for $99.95 a year
10 for $179.95 a year
20 for $299 a year
100 for $999 a year
They are very misleading. I'm going with Elcomsoft's $300 Professional iCloud extractor.
Does anyone know if it is possible to upgrade the Elcomsoft Phone Breaker Professional edition to Forensic Edition?
No problem at all. Just use the http//

Two-factor is still optional, and even is not the default option.
I've used the Pro version of Elcomsoft's tool and I love it. We've pulled several iCloud backups and parsed these using Cellebrite Physical Analyzer's "Open Advanced" option. Thank you so much for the suggestion.
