[Solved] Question about company managed devices

If we manage our phones with Airwatch, and the user installs the Gmail app on their phone, do we have legal authority to review their Gmail account for any information sent out related to our company? This feels like it would be out of scope and would need LE involved if the Legal team wanted this done.
