Quick form poll

What forms do you use? I know most, if not all, use chain of custody forms, but do you also keep others as well? Or, would you rather not have too many forms?

I've created 3 forms chain of custody, evidence form, and computer worksheet.

Personally, I think the computer worksheet is redundant if the chain of custody is filled out. The fields that I have on the computer worksheet would be completed in Encase. The evidence form also seems redundant in that if I have a chain of custody, I'd have a CC form for every piece of evidence I had. Why would I also need to fill out the evidence form? I'm thinking of getting down to just one form. Any ideas?

I'd also like to hear what y'all do…
