Steve Whalen, the guy who created Raptor created a new forensic CD called Paladin. He's still developing and supporting it. http//sumuri.com/product-category/paladin/

Forward Discovery (FD) was acquired by alvarezandmarsal.com (AM) from memory. Raptor 2.5 was the last release from FD.

Raptor 3.0 is the current release from AM - https://www.forensicsandediscovery.com/Pages/Raptor.aspx The interface remains similar with newer Ubuntu releases used for drivers compatibility etc…
