Raptor CD QuestionProblem

I have been using Raptor CD over the past few days (btw, love it) and have noticed an odd behavior. Sometimes I get a boot screen with a logon prompt that automatically logs on in 10 seconds, and sometime I do not!

Now, here is the issue. When I do not get the logon screen the acquisition process crashes with a popup notification. When I do get the logon screen the acquisition goes fine!

The weird thing is that it is pot luck if i get the logon screen. Maybe once every 4-5 boots. I have tried logging out and forcing the logon but this does not work. The app still crashes. It only works when I get the logon screen at initial boot!
