I'd vote for RAR Repair Tool as I have much better experience with it than with e.g. Advanced RAR Repair.

The problem is that it's no longer developed (though it works with any RAR archive I tried) and you cannot officially purchase it while it's (was?) commercial one.

Yes, it is the one! It's a pity it's been abandoned…

However, I could myself use another suggestion for a piece of app like that. 😉
