I need to access an MO WORM disc containing medical records going back about 15 years.
This is not your average MO disc - it's proprietary Pioneer format, with a proprietary interface.
Although the computer sees the drive at boot, trying all of Windows, Linux and Unix fails to read the data.
I have other MO discs and drives which I can see easily with X-Ways Forensics and clone it to current media - but this one is causing problems.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Many thanks

This may sound stupid, but 15 years old means to me "DOS", can you post any detail on the model?
I remember very old Mitsumi CD drives that only had a DOS driver for their proprietary interface.
