Truly appreciate all of your help!
I've followed your suggestion and archived the contents of the directory, alongside the hard disk images created and floppy disk images for mounting, for a deliverable package.
You've been an incredible resource! I hope to tap that well of knowledge again very soon!
All the best.

You are welcome of course ) , however it is not much about knowledge but rather about being old enough while having good (enough still) memory.
In the old times it was common enough to go through (terrible in hindsight) tricks and workarounds to exchange data with colleagues using "the other" platform, for *whatever reasons* I was the only one with a Macintosh (and later, with NT 3.51 and 4.00, I turned to what the good Mac guys of the time would have called the Dark Side wink ).
