Recoering Deleted File using FTK Imager (Android)

When one of .db file when I browse in FTK Imager, it shows data about an image like image3.jpgITSHASH , but when I import the file and view it in SQL Manager (Firefox) it just don't show that image there. Reason is that image is delted , but what is strange for me that it is not showing any specific tag ( or I am not getting it ) so My question is what are the ways through which we can confirm that a file is being deleted by user? and if so, how it can be recovered ?
