Also, looking for any other suggestions of hardware that will do simultaneous forensic acquisitions of multiple source drives (let's just say multiple SATA drives, for simplicity).

Does the item need to be portable or will it be based in a fairly static location?
If it's static, we use PC's with DEFT Linux installed and multiple Sata docks, connected to our network storage.
Very cheap and can image as many devices as you have USB ports!
