Hello people.
I have been reading nd still do not get it.
I Your countries knowlage about hatd disks is very poor.
When You say DM9+ you say
Bwo or Vwo
when this is done You look at L7250 1.2 or 1.0(that is a motor driver)
When that is out of way You look at procesor .
There are two tipes xxxxxx-870uk and xxxxx-475.
Whwn this is outh You look to find eprom near the motor contacts.Of it is there You are sure.
Or You can simpley look at five digite code on the ide conector of pcb.
It usualy starts GXXX or E … to MXXXX
When this drive explode You should change the little resistor near coil, Motor drivera and in all cases fet near coil.
So all You need is another pcb that is working to switch these elements.
When this is not so simple graet burn or something it is easer to switch only the eproms if Procesor and motor drivers on these two drives match

I have tried Unirecovery on www.unirecovery.com , they have managed to recover 100% of the data within 1 day despite the damaged head on the HDD, they were reluctant to give any guarantees as to whether they can recover all the data and was told that they would not act in professional manner if they claim any success rate as each case has its own merit. They have replaced the damaged head with the chip burnt at no extrra cost.
They picked up my HDD at their own cost and managed to deliver it back on new HDD all included. Their prices were cheaper than those I searched on google and have offered no fix no fee with door to door delivery.
Their technician was a graet help when it came to giving me instructions (for free) on logical problems with one of my RAID 5 server HDDs, Meanwhile, the rest were eager to seek to have my server sent to them.
I have tried Ontrack they are technically as good but extraordinary expensive and never gave me the time for my RAID which was fair but not nice.

I'd like to take this opportunity to say I have recently used Unirecovery for a physical data recovery on a couple of drives that were damaged beyond the software recovery/imaging techniques I normally employ. Their service has been excellent and proved 100% successful. Henrick who is a sales support representative was extremely helpful, and the recovery was fast and cost effective.

If your RAID system is down, whatever you do, dont reconfigure.
