Good afternoon all.
I am working on some recovered pst files. the files were recovered with Get MY Data Back. I can see the size of the files
(quite large) but can not get to the email's with in these files.
I have a ftk image of the drive and can also see the files with in
ftk but also did not have any luck recovering the individual emails.

Any suggestions?? ?

What error do you get when trying to open? Look at the permissions of the file to take ownership of the file. After restore, you may need to run scanpst also.

Dollar,

If your having problems using FTK I've used LibPST before. It only works on PST from Outlook 2002 and before - I believe in 2003 they changed the format.

Easy to install, requires *nix to run.
