Recovery bit-locker password

I have created a bit-lock in my drive for protecting my files. but i am forgotten my password. so please suggest me how to get my password back.

Use the USB or CD you were prompted to create with the recovery password when you encrypted the drive?

as bithead mentioned you should have created a usb or cd with a file with an extension .bek

Well, the point of using an encryption is to not allow access without the proper password or key. If you forgot yours and don't have your key accessible, most likely the only way is to try to crack it by using brute force method I believe (unless you like passwords like SDF@#vx12#TWCwwe54_das@sdafuoafs434521* 😉 )

If your computer was on or was hibernated you can use e.g. Passware Kit Enterprise that can help in such situations. It also cracks passwords.
