I have voice calls in mobile but unfortunately deleted, as those are very important for me. how can I recover them.

Who is your carrier?
Some voice mails are stored on the phone, some with the carrier.
If it is at the carrier, your chances are low.

Voice mails in Mobile phone maybe. If mails in carries what is the procedure and if in Mobile phone what is the procedure to recover them?
