presently Iam working on a laptop hard disc of Aspireone laptop , how can i find the videos recorded using this laptops webcamera?

Web cams don't record video, per se…there's software that does this. I'd start with finding out what software is on the system, and then locating any videos on the system. Check the videos for embedded metadata, as well.
From the Registry…and this depends on the version of the operating system…but you may be able to find some information via the OpenSaveMRU key, because someone would have had to have saved the video once it was created.
