Pretty sure you might want to look at locking it down some more.
80/120 is poor (no offense) but that's 66%, not sure how you could show that as being exceptional.

3) The team at the uni are great, yes there were niggles with EnCase and it took a while to fix it and this was annoying for every student, not least some fellow final year students requiring it for their studies but there are local USB keys that can be utilised and that offer was made to everyone who asked about EnCase.
From the outside, let me tell you that IF actually the "niggles" - whatever caused them - took 12 weeks to solve, there is a problem. 😯
I mean, it is not the baker or butcher having problems with his/her setup of home lan wink , we are talking of an environment supposedly choking full of professors and of several students, some at their last year, SPECIALIZED in a branch of IT.
And I presume the University has a contract with Encase itself for assistance and custom support. roll
I did have an "IT guy" in the company I used to work in (building/construction company) that once came to me (after two days - NOT 12 weeks - of failed attempts) saying it was not possible to install Lotus Notes on the company lan.
Can you guess how long he lasted in the company after the problem was solved by another guy and myself overnight? ?

Oh I don't disagree on the niggles, the lecturer who was managing it was not qualified to manage it (in nearly everyone's opinions) and it was only a few days before senior lecturers were chasing it up but there were lots of plausible excuses provided, until week 8 when another technician was asked to look into it.
Even EnCase did not understand why it was not working, as far as i'm aware from what I have heard (I am but a student) there had been numerous calls placed to EnCase support and new license keys generated and ordered.
Although there was always alternative solutions such as individual USB keys available should a student have asked. Many students didn't care as there was alternative work planned, e.g. week 1-6's work was switched with week 7-12's.
Again this is coming from a student perspective however also from good sources.

My advice is to turn it into a selling point as your percentage has risen this year, so it can be used in many interviews to show how you've changed and matured recently.
There are numerous application forms that have questions asking what you've done and how you'd improve it etc, there's an example for you.
Ignore the PAT form, it's a waste of time, I won't share my feelings on the placements team at University, the official complaint did that.
I suggest look at some job sites and how they construct CV's and ignore the CY4OR guy, he was looking for more an American style resume.
