Several times in this forum, and others, we've all seen requests for report templates or examples.
I recently took the opportunity to conduct some analysis on a sample image, and posted a PDF report to the Files section of the Win4n6 Yahoo group.

Thank you for writing this up and sharing it. I was unhappy with my current report style over the weekend and spent a fair bit of time looking for good examples, to little avail.

I used to recommend the NIJ sample reports but they were pretty dated. I like the one you've posted, partially because it provides a really good example of how to document the tools used. As you note, the format is less interesting than how the information is presented. Templates are pretty useless if you don't understand how to write the content. (Similar to concerns about PBF…)
