Resources, conferences, books in French?

I was wondering if anyone could recommend any resources in French.

I've Googled, searched Amazon, and generaly hunted around for resources in french but I haven't had much luck.

I did notice however that there were some french members on the forum and I was wondiring if they (or anyone else for that matter) could reccomend any francophone resources or conferences.
