i find one jpg file suspecious, in FTK 6.0,
is there any way to identify the text or content inside this jpg file

Besides the above, how do you think that anyone can possibly know if your suspect is correct and the jpg file actually contains steganographed info and - should this be the case - how it has been steganographed into the file, given the amount of details you provided?
