I have Samsung SM-G531F with pattern lock.
USB Debugging is off.
Not known what version of Android is installed.
Is there any safe solution to root this phone to get possibility to dump internal memory via ADB ?
I do not have access to commercial software like UFED and X-Ry.

If the boot loader isn't locked, Odin is the answer for everything )

G531F has FRP lock and you need to check that in download mode first before you try to do anything.
The good news is that there's a way around FRP lock for that model.
