Little Google research yielded this…
C\Documents and Settings\usernamehere\Application Data\Shareaza\Data
I believe the file name is library1.dat, from what I understand, whatever is in your library, you share.

All files shared are stored in a file called Library1.dat which also has a copy called Library2.dat. At present I am writing a program to parse convert these into a readable format. This will be published sometime this year in a commercial application. If you can wait so stay tuned ).
