Good morning. I have a client that needs the data (GPS Plots) recovered off of the device mentioned above.
Is there software support or documentation of procedures to follow in order to recover the data from this device?

No experience with this kind of device but it looks like it has a mini-usb port. According the tech specs a dealer can perform backups and downloads with Customer software. Maybe start at a dealer?
