Hi

I was wondering if anyone could help me with a Skype call history query. Just to be clear, I am not looking at skype chat.

I have examined the skype call history firstly by using skype log viewer and secondly by installing skype onto my examination machine in order to look at the suspect's profile folder.

Is there a third method of examining the skype call logs so that I can verify my results?

Anyway, a friend of mine named Mark McKinnon has written a Skype log parser. It is available at

I've used the Belkasoft Forensic IM Analyzer recently which has been very good and it does lots of different clients as well.

Edit The above works with the chat side but not the calls. I've just used Skype Log Viewer (http//www.nirsoft.net/utils/skype_log_view.html) which shows the call history.

I've used the one mentioned above (Redwolf) and it is a very nice tool, breaking things down into the different categories.
