Big business usually prepared with digital forensic readiness. They are aware about the risks and impact of cryptography, hacking, and even id theft . But how about small business such as convenience store, bookshop, bakery and saloon. Do they also need the readiness?

In my experience…20+ yrs as an incident responder…big businesses are NOT prepared with "digital forensic readiness" (whatever that means). Most big businesses are not "aware about the risks and impact of cryptography, hacking, and even id theft"…or, if they are, they don't seem to do much about it. If they did, people like me would be out of work.

Exactly my thoughts when i read the post! There are a few banks which are bit better prepared than companies from other industries, but the overall situation is still very bad.
But i refused to take part in this poll…again a "First time poster" from Malaysia with a newbie question.
best regards,
Robin

… and maybe a new poll on the importance of plurals, verbs and more generally grammar would be BTW needed … wink
