Hi All,

I'm considering a range of projects to undertake. One of them is regarding Smart TV's, I have had a look for some material on this but cannot find much. Does anybody here have experience investigating Smart TV's or have any information on them?

Thanks

This will be a huge area of home entertainment forensics in the future, perhaps on par with Xbox etc

Opera used in certain mobile devices are now involved with Smart TV - http//www.opera.com/press/releases/2013/02/05/

LG is very involved with Smart TV - http//developer.lge.com/main/Intro.dev

But Panasonic, Google and Samsung etc equally have a strong presence.

There are even hackfest conferences

Hi, I have just finished my MSc in regards to Smart TV's and managed to recover some great artefacts.
Although it appears the future may lie in Google implementation of the concept, so perhaps look in this direction.
Don't look at the old Google Tv which was a commercial failure, research the new software from Google TV
